Other million-dollar moments included the sale of a 2018 Bugatti Chiron (Lot #1378) for $2.97 million and a beautiful 1937 Mercedes-Benz 540K Special Roadster (Lot #1371.1) from the Don Williams Collection with its $2.42 million sale. Sales continued to rock in the auction arena, with additional showstoppers joining the million-dollar-plus club: Lot #1381, a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT selling for $1.87 million; Lot #1399, a 2019 Ford GT that sold for $1.375 million; and Lot #1386, a 2017 Ferrari F12 TDF, which brought in $1,347,500. The arena rose to its feet and cheered when a 1997 Lamborghini Diablo VT roadster (Lot #1407) previously owned by former President Donald J. Trump set a new auction world record with its $1.1 million sale. The adrenaline-fueled audience applauded the sale of Lot #3002, a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon custom pickup, for $250,000, with an additional $75,000 in donations, bringing the total to $325,000. It was all for a great cause, with 100% of the hammer price benefiting Building Homes for Heroes, which is devoted to bringing renewed hope to our nation’s injured veterans. The winning bidder was NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick, a longtime supporter of charity cars at Barrett-Jackson. The last charity vehicle on Saturday night was Lot #3003, VIN 001 of the all-new 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse, which brought the hammer down on a final bid of $300,000, with another additional $75,000 in
