LOT #1436 - 1956 CHEVROLET CORVETTE CUSTOM CONVERTIBLE

This 1956 Corvette is equipped with an LS6 V8 engine with electronic fuel
injection mated to a 4L85E 4-speed automatic transmission. The car has
undergone a frame-off rotisserie restoration painted in Elkhorn Blue with
Shadow Gray coves. The car is fitted with a DK Leather perforated Charcoal
Gray interior and includes air conditioning. The chassis was upgraded with
rack & pinion steering, tubular front control arms and coilover shocks in front
with a triangulated 4-link suspension holding a narrowed Ford-style 9-inch rear
end with coilover shocks in the rear. It also features Wilwood brakes and Foose
wheels (18x8-inch front and 20x10-inch rear), all fitted with Pirelli tires.
