1968 CHEVROLET CORVETTE L89
A professional restoration during 2019-20 involved replacing, rebuilding or
restoring every aspect of this piece of muscle-car history. One of 624 L89s built
in 1968, it is powered by an L89 427/435hp Tri-Power aluminum-headed
engine paired with a matching-numbers 4-speed close-ratio transmission,
with a 3.70 posi-traction rear end. It is equipped with a full-transistor ignition,
a black leather interior, AM/FM radio, shoulder harnesses, power windows,
off-road exhaust and Astro Ventilation. It rides on 15-inch wheels wrapped in
Cooper Cobra radial G/T tires. Has the original Tank Sticker and an NCRS Tank
Sticker certification letter. Less than 100 miles since restoration. NO RESERVE
1965 CHEVROLET CORVETTE 327/375 FUELIE
One of 771 produced for the model year. Powered
by a 327/375hp fuel-injected V8 engine paired
with a Muncie close-ratio 4-speed manual
transmission and a posi-traction rear end. Finished
in Milano Maroon paint over a black interior,
it is equipped with tinted glass, a telescoping
steering wheel, AM/FM radio, the original Delco-
Remy brake calipers and aluminum knock-off
wheels. Purchased in 2011, it was kept in a private
collection and received an NCRS Top Flight award
and National Corvette Board Silver Certification.
The sale comes with the dealer packet, original
Protect-O-Plate and Window Sticker. 65,872 miles
