other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these

bidder agreement. Potential purchasers should conduct

purchase, must review and sign the Barrett-Jackson
bidder agreement, and shall satisfy themselves of any

prior to purchase. Barrett-Jackson reserves the right to
accept a bid or advance the bid on the seller’s behalf, in
an amount not to exceed the Reserve amount, on Lots

ensure that the vehicles described are offered at auction,
