For historical significance and timeless performance styling,
Convertible VIN 005 (Lot #1355.1) offered as part of this

the first retail production Thunderbird built, and has a long
and storied history. When new, the car was a test vehicle
for a Sports Illustrated magazine road test, among other
promotional duties.
Its significance was uncovered in 1965 when a
