ride, while enabling “Track” mode effectively lowers
the ride height by almost 2 inches, giving the driver
a slammed racing suspension to reduce vibrations
and improve driving accuracy. This GT can seamlessly
handle anything from a casual Sunday drive when
in “Comfort” mode to the intensity of the track and
everything in between, all with the turn of a dial.
Given its power-to-weight ratio, Ford needed the car
to be able to come to a stop promptly, so the GT was
fitted with a set of Brembo carbon ceramic brakes
with silver brake calipers and a speed-activated keel
deployable rear wing that also acts as an airbrake.
