124 BARRETT-JACKSON EXPERIENCE SPRING 20241968 CHEVROLET CORVETTE CUSTOM CONVERTIBLE This Corvette is powered by a fuel-injected 383ci stroker BluePrint engine backed by a TREMEC TKX 5-speed manual transmission. It is equipped with Doug's ceramic-coated headers, a 2.5-inch exhaust and a Borgeson power steering unit. The fiberglass body was reworked and a new metal front nose support was installed. The hood is handmade from the original and has a functional cold-air intake. Six cowhides of Tomato Red Dani leather cover the interior, which features an Ididit chrome tilt steering column, a Billet Specialties steering wheel, power windows and locks, a Dakota HDX instrument system, Vintage Air and an Alpine sound system.
