1968 SHELBY GT500KR
This restored 1968 Shelby GT500KR "King of the
Road" fastback is powered by a 428ci Cobra Jet
engine paired with an automatic transmission. It
still retains its original interior seating and console
in Saddle trim. This KR has the period-correct
painted-on Le Mans stripes down the middle of
the car. The original color of Highland Green has
been clear-coated, and the original driving lights
are still mounted in the grille area on the front
bumper. Only 1,053 GT500KR fastbacks were built
in 1968; this is one of only 95 in Highland Green
and one of just 16 with Saddle trim. NO RESERVE
