Also set to cross the auction block in this grouping are a 1959
Chevrolet Corvette 283/245 convertible and a 1970 Chevrolet
Corvette 350/300 convertible. Each is finished in white with a black
soft-top over a red interior. The 1959 model comes with a matching
white hardtop and is powered by its original matching-numbers

is topped with a dual-quad carburetor and backed by a 4-speed
manual transmission. Numerous receipts documenting the frame-on
restoration are included with the sale.
The 1970 Corvette is powered by a 350ci V8 engine rated at 300
horsepower, with a 4-barrel carburetor and a 4-speed manual
transmission. It is equipped with air conditioning, power steering,
power brakes, AM/FM radio and a luggage rack. The Corvette rides
on steel wheels with deluxe wheel covers wrapped in whitewall radial
tires. The car has 34,301 actual miles and has received recent service
and upgrades that include new bushings, a new brake booster and a
new alternator.
