LOT #661.1 - 1953 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM PICKUP
NO RESERVE
This half-ton pickup is fully custom
with all handmade body lines,
shaved door handles and sideways-
tilting hood, and the front end is
fabricated by hand and welded
to the cab like a true custom. The
long bed was converted to a short
bed by removing 9 inches from the
front and 14 inches off the back,
while 7 inches were added to the
bottom of the fenders. Additional
body modifications include flush-
mounted taillights, which double as
parking lights and turn signals, and
a Brazilian cherry wood bed. The
engine compartment has a new 383ci
V8 stroker engine with 430hp mated
to a 700R4 automatic transmission.
LOT #778 - 1969 CHEVROLET K10 CUSTOM PICKUP - NO RESERVE
This K10 has recently undergone a rotisserie
full-frame restoration. One of 1,649 originally
produced short-bed 4x4s in 1969. The entire body
was stripped to bare metal, blocked, primed and
finished in Hugger Orange and white paint. This
truck has a torched oak bed polished with teak
oil and finished with stainless trim. Power comes
from a GM Performance 355ci V8 engine rated
at 390hp. The engine has been heavily modified
and features CNC ported 2.02 aluminum "Fuelie"
cylinder heads, 10:1 high compression pistons,
titanium connecting rods, roller rockers, high-
torque starter, Quick Fuel 650 CFM carburetor and
GM Hi-Performance HEI distributor. Translating
power to the wheels is a remanufactured TCI
Turbo 350 automatic transmission rated to handle
up to 450hp. The interior features houndstooth
bucket seats with matching houndstooth
headliner, a new dash pad, seals, carpet, door
panels, vintage radio with Bluetooth, new tilt
steering column as well as new factory wiring
harness, new gauges with factory tachometer and
all-new bezels and switches.
